Shipping Information:

The crystals, books, and handmade items shown are the same ones you will receive - ready to be sent right out to you - EXCEPT that we will also choose a gift crystal as a 'travelling companion' for you, and this can take a little extra time. Expect your treasures to leave here within 72 hours of your order, and a confirmation from us to you when they are on their way to you.

Refund and Returns Policies:

While we take every step to describe our items accurately and present accurate photos, we acknowledge that you or your computer monitor may not see things as we do: if what you receive is not as described and you must return: email us first within five [5] days of receipt and receive a return authorization number. Repack your order as we shipped it to you - unused, unworn, put a copy of your invoice with the return number on it in the package, put the return number on the outside of the parcel, and purchase full insurance and the same shipping method as sent to you to send it back to us. Upon our inspection, we will refund the item price only, and only if the item is received unused in the same condition as originally sent to you.

You have purchased one of kind items, which is why we insist on full value plus shipping cost insurance. Should your items arrive damaged, notify us at once that you are filing a claim with UPS or USPS.

Frequently Asked Questions:

-Each item you purchase is sent in a cotton filled gift box with a handwritten description on the reverse of our gift enclosure card - the larger clusters will be doubly-boxed with their cards, not gift boxed.

-Fragile items require extra packaging, and we overpack to ensure the safety of yours.

-If you'd like us to send a gift to an address other than yours: please give us accurate shipping information, the inscription for the gift card, and if you'd like gift wrap [free]. We'll send your giftee the present and the invoice separately to you.

-When ordering copies of our book, please let us know if you'd like signed copies, and to whom, etc.

-We ship via USPS insured priority mail or UPS within the United States and worldwide. Choose the UPS method at checkout by the drop-down box in your shopping cart. Please note that as USPS has no shipping calculator at this time, WE will check to see if insured priority mail offers a better price. If so, we will change your order to reflect the lesser amount, let Paypal know we accept the lesser charge, and let YOU know, too.
